• • It’s engaged in the corrugated paper converting, folding carton, or rigid box converting business. (A company is in the corrugated converting, folding carton, or rigid box business only it if bears financial and legal responsibility for raw materials, plant, equipment and personnel payroll used in substantial manufacturing activities and is responsible for the quality of the product so produced).

  • Sells a substantial portion of its product on the open market.

  • IS NOT a reporting company under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934 and does not have any shares issued which are publicly traded.

Your Total Annual Sales $50M or Less

• • Assessed at: $175 per million in sales
  • Equation: $____ (total annual sales in millions) X $175 = annual dues
  • Example: A company with $23M in annual sales at all locations 23 X 175 = $4025 (company’s annual dues)
  • Note: Minimum dues are $1500.

Your Total Annual Sales Over $50M

• • First $50M Assessed at: 175 per million in sales
    PLUS
    Sales over $50M assessed at $65 per million

  • Example: A company with $107M in annual sales at all locations (50 X 175) x (57 X 65) = $12,455 (company’s annual dues)
