AICC conducts this comprehensive report every two years, and to make the results more valuable this year, AICC reached out to past participants and other sources for input on additional positions and benefits to include on this year’s survey. With a more comprehensive list of positions, the sections to report this data were also combined, and all pay data can be submitted online, on paper, or in an Excel file that can be emailed to Association Research, Inc. It is a confidential survey and the only salary report for the independent sector of the packaging industry. It is a tool you can use to measure your company’s compensation packages against those of other independents. In order for it to be the most comprehensive survey of the industry, we need maximum participation. The greater the response, the stronger the data.
